We are looking for a highly organised Account Manager to join our NYC team. This role sits at the heart of our agency, acting as the vital link between our clients, creative teams, and production partners.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of shopper marketing, retail POS, and below-the-line (BTL) activations. If you are someone who thrives on managing multiple moving parts, enjoys building client trust, and has a passion for seeing creative ideas come to life in the retail environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Stewardship: Support the day-to-day management of key accounts, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact for client briefs, updates, and feedback.
  • Project Delivery: Manage BTL and trade marketing projects from initial brief to final completion, ensuring every asset is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Workflow Coordination: Partner with internal creative and studio teams to keep projects moving, managing feedback loops and ensuring project documentation is impeccable.
  • Risk & Scope Management: Track timelines and dependencies across multiple work streams, flagging potential risks to senior leadership before they impact delivery.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with Senior Account Directors to learn the nuances of account growth, shopper behaviour, and the balance between creative ambition and budget realities.
Experience & Background
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency, shopper marketing, or trade marketing environment.
  • BTL Knowledge: Familiarity with POS, retail activation, or shopper-led campaigns.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to manage day-to-day client communications with confidence and clarity.
  • Organisational Mastery: A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • Industry Context: Experience with FMCG or global retail brands is a significant plus.
Key Competencies
  • Clear Communication: Professional and persuasive when working with both clients and internal teams.
  • Solutions-Oriented: A calm, "can-do" approach to problem-solving when timelines or priorities shift.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in tracking budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Commercial Awareness: A developing understanding of agency economics and scope management.
Why Apply? You’ll be part of a collaborative, NYC-based team that values teamwork, clarity, and the craft of getting great work into the real world.
