You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of shopper marketing, retail POS, and below-the-line (BTL) activations. Key Responsibilities
- Account Stewardship: Support the day-to-day management of key accounts, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact for client briefs, updates, and feedback.
- Project Delivery: Manage BTL and trade marketing projects from initial brief to final completion, ensuring every asset is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Workflow Coordination: Partner with internal creative and studio teams to keep projects moving, managing feedback loops and ensuring project documentation is impeccable.
- Risk & Scope Management: Track timelines and dependencies across multiple work streams, flagging potential risks to senior leadership before they impact delivery.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with Senior Account Directors to learn the nuances of account growth, shopper behaviour, and the balance between creative ambition and budget realities.
- 5+ years of experience in an agency, shopper marketing, or trade marketing environment.
- BTL Knowledge: Familiarity with POS, retail activation, or shopper-led campaigns.
- Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to manage day-to-day client communications with confidence and clarity.
- Organisational Mastery: A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Industry Context: Experience with FMCG or global retail brands is a significant plus.
- Clear Communication: Professional and persuasive when working with both clients and internal teams.
- Solutions-Oriented: A calm, "can-do" approach to problem-solving when timelines or priorities shift.
