Over the years I've volunteered at the theatre, run a marathon for charity, walked rescue dogs, and taken part in building projects. Currently all 33ers volunteer with Image Mission, giving pro bono career and interview coaching to empower women getting back into the world of work.

With 20+ years of success building revenue generating divisions and highly productive teams across some of the best media and communications agencies in the world, I decided to put my leadership skills to use in a different way – by focusing on drawing out brilliance in others. And so I trained and evolved into a professional coach. As a result of my career, my core clients tend to come from the agency world (PR, advertising, media and digital).
As a leader I understand the challenges and rewards of holding a leadership position. I appreciate the importance of meaningful leadership and purposeful work. I hold an honors degree in Psychology and trained under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), but my path towards becoming a professional coach started way back in my teenage years (although obviously I didn’t know this at the time) where I started taking an interest in psychology and solving problems for people. In fact, this topic has been a secret hobby of mine for most of my life!
Coaching allows me to draw upon all my experience (personal and professional) and my passion for people’s potential, to help others succeed in creating brilliance in their world.

I look after senior placements in the digital and tech sectors in APAC, anything across general management, commercial, strategy, operations and marketing functions. One of the highlights of my career is leading a global recruitment project for a very exciting high growth fintech startup, filling 40 roles across various markets like US, UK, Kenya, China, Dubai, Argentina. The project was highly successful and has given me hands on experience on being in an in-house recruiter, managing global stakeholders and also exposure to global recruitment. On top of this project I was also involved in a few of the global senior hires, including the SVP of global Strategy.
On a personal front, I am a certified yoga instructor having graduated from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica and I also volunteer at dog shelters in the region when I have the time! I am a serious dog mama with two rescues, Hunden and Brownie.

My love of people paved the way for a career in recruitment (unbroken only by a few years of pursuing my passion for snowboarding). I hailed from Hays Recruitment in the UK before my move to Singapore in 2014.
With a core focus on recruiting into the PR and communications industry, a typical day could actually include anything from running a “Recruitment Masterclass’ for a regional HR team as part of our subscription service; organising the quarterly PR Presence event or interviewing new talent (and familiar faces) from the PR and communications industry.
As part of the leadership team at 33 Talent, People and Culture was a natural fit for my area of responsibility - It’s now my mission to make sure that our growing team of 33ers are happy at work!
In my own time, I offer career guidance to creative women as part of the “Who’s Ya Momma” mentor programme, run by the wonderful ladies at the She Says network.

I specialize in Technology recruitment in the APAC region. My aim is to build long term relationships with the clients and candidates I work with, to become their go-to talent specialist.
My recruitment career has been varied, as a recruitment researcher, in-house recruiter, and agency recruiter, so I really have experienced recruitment from every side! Over the last few years, I have worked with exciting local startups, growth stage companies and enterprises to build successful, high performing engineering teams and at the same time helped candidates on their career journey with fantastic job opportunities in the tech space.
Another part of my job which I love is recruitment for the Thoughtworks Jumpstart programme - an IMDA backed programme which gives local talent a 3 month intro to becoming a software developer. My role is to help the graduates of the programme find a new role on completion of the course which is a really rewarding part of my job.
I'm also the unofficial gardener and tech support for 33 Talent, in charge of keeping our office plants alive and helping my colleagues with all their tech questions!
From talent acquisition to HR consulting, I specialise in Digital/Data Tech while providing a spectrum of HR services for 33 Talent's large-scale hiring projects, Subscription clients, and the Managed Services team. My prime focus is to partner with hiring managers to form a consultative relationship and deliver to their needs.
I started my career as a recruitment researcher and then moved to candidate management and talent consulting in the Tech space. With a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a passion for social dynamics, I've always had an interest in adding a human touch to every step I take and I've found that working with people in TA is where I am most satisfied. The people I work with and work for will always be my primary motivations and it is that shared mission that makes me look forward to Mondays.
On a personal front, I am a trained classical dancer and I love to choreograph on contemporary themes using traditional grammars of Indian Classical Dance. I am often found staring into space visualising different formations and movements to specific beats.
My role is to keep things running while making sure we know where we are going. I'm energised by solving our SME challenges and supporting clients who use our HR services.

I plan and execute the marketing strategy for 33 Talent and for our subscription clients. This gives me huge variety in what I do which includes but is not limited to; digital, social media, events, PR, communications and content creation. It's my role to ensure the 33ers have access to all the tools and collateral they need in a consulting environment, as well as making sure we are visible in all the right places!
I moved to Singapore in 2011 and 'fell' into recruitment marketing in 2012. I have a really big passion for branding and have a background in design, which enables me to create many content pieces in-house. Two of my career highlights would be 18 industry award wins and building the brand for a brand new government-led recruitment program. I love getting my hands into a project and building something from the ground up, and wearing many hats.
Outside of the office, you'll find me contributing to my food and travel blogs as well as writing about social media trends. I like to try to cancel out champagne-fuelled weekends with F45 classes, but I also enjoy relaxing at home with our Singapore rescue cat, Duxton.

I provide marketing support for 33 Talent, working closely with the Head of Marketing on various projects including content creation, website optimisation, managing the blog eco-system, and conceptualising brand identities. As an intern, I am able to provide a pair of fresh eyes for ongoing campaigns and offer an approach more aligned with a 20-something's demographic.
Born and raised in Singapore, I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in King's College London. I am passionate about design and communication, as well as working for businesses that are innovative and have a team wholly invested in their product. I am pleased that my time in 33 Talent can accomplish both of these desires.
In my free time, I run my own online jewellery store and volunteer with a non-profit in Singapore that aims to relieve food insecurity. Less impressively, I'm an avid supporter of the budding bar scene in Asia and am always ordering one-too-many cocktails.

The key things we look for are culture fit and attitude. We like working with people who are just a little bit ballsy and are willing to give anything a go. That doesn't mean being overly salesy, it means having a can do attitude.
We also look for strong team players. We're not interested in working with a team of superstars who ignore everyone else and are just in it for themselves, it's just not us.
The majority of our clients are in the Digital/Tech, Data and Communications industries, or hiring for skills in those areas, which are exciting areas and changing rapidly.
