As co-founder and leader of 33 Talent I've lived and breathed the Talent journey from the first hire, the start-up mania, to growing up into a multi-geography brand.

We've convinced the best Talent to be part of the 33 Talent journey. I personally wanted to come to work each day in a positive, ambitious and high performance culture – I feel so lucky that this has become a reality for me. With our full-service Talent solutions we've helped countless clients fulfill their own goals for the same thing.

Over the years I've volunteered at the theatre, run a marathon for charity, walked rescue dogs, and taken part in building projects. Currently all 33ers volunteer with Image Mission, giving pro bono career and interview coaching to empower women getting back into the world of work.

Lisa Campbell

I have led global recruitment consultancies for over 12 years, specialising in digital and creative recruitment. My expertise lies in nurturing digital transformation by strategically connecting senior talent with global opportunities and developing key partnerships across diverse markets.

My professional journey is defined by a passion for developing people and fostering strategic growth for a diverse range of clients, from global MNCs and international agencies to local heroes and start-ups.

At 33 Talent, I’m able to combine my passion for recruitment with my experience in training and coaching, providing clients with a holistic HR partnership across Recruitment, Coaching, and HR Consulting.

Outside of work I am busy with my family, where we can usually be found on a beach or chasing the dog around a field. I do a lot of volunteering work at two local schools and bake whenever I can.

Gemma Hills

​My role is to keep things running while making sure we know where we are going. I'm energised by solving our SME challenges and supporting clients who use our HR services. I have over 13 years of experience running teams, handling SME operations, large-scale delivery projects, and CSR initiatives.

33 Talent sees skills and values rather than job titles which makes it a fun and energizing place to work with many career switchers.

Diane Dizon

​I am a seasoned Recruitment Consultant specialising in talent sourcing in the Digital and Ad Technology space across the South East Asia region, servicing Digital Media & Advertising agencies, Ad Technology vendors, e-Commerce, Internet, Product companies - the list goes on.

Prior to joining 33 Talent, I have been successfully recruiting professionals from Executive to General Manager levels for Sales & Business Development, Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, Performance and Product Marketing roles since 2011.

I am passionate about all things digital and I am always in awe of how innovative and volatile the industry is. I am eternally grateful to have met and recruited the key talents responsible for building the most cutting-edge applications and creative advertising solutions known to us today.

My career journey had been highlighted by several remarkable projects including one that resulted in growing the limited talent pool of junior Programmatic Traders and Data Analysts in Singapore.

When not in front of my laptop, you will find me in the kitchen learning new recipes or simply organising the spices. The goal is to open a soup kitchen in my hometown in the Philippines when I retire.

Thomas Lai

Having spent the last 15 years in recruitment, my experience spans recruitment, career advising & transition for job seekers and specific industry trends updates and research. I have had the privilege to have supported local companies, MNCs and conglomerates and have worked with hundreds of candidates, from fresh grads, PMETs to mature candidates.

To me, it’s about more than just recruitment. It is career advising and career managing for candidates. I work by the principle of understanding the needs and rationale behind the move of each candidate before representing them for any roles. Career guidance is not just the beginning of one’s career. 

Sue-lin Tan

​Having pivoted from my previous industry in regional communications, media planning and digital marketing to become an ICF certified career coach, I have found that my perspective and experience on transitioning and going through the job search process at a time when I was unclear of my direction, has helped me gain valuable perspective on navigating career changes and job searches during uncertain times. This experience enables me to relate to my clients' challenges and offer expert guidance in their career journey.

After experiencing the toll that stress and imbalance can take on one’s health and overall well-being, I also have the passion in helping others in the areas of wellness and mental fitness.

Charles Chee

​Being in the career services sector for the past 16 years, I have partnered with more than 1000 individuals on issues in career direction, job search, networking, resume, LinkedIn profile, interviews and salary negotiation so as to make their career transition easier. I find that everyone is unique and seek to understand the person, before customising my support for them.

I believe in life-long learning and am currently studying an advanced executive coaching program accredited with WABC. I had earlier obtained certifications with ICF, NCDA and IHRP. My continuous pursuit of skills empowers me to serve my clients better.

Personally, I have an interest in mindfulness. It's important to relax and rest! I also enjoy trying out the latest board games and new eateries with friends.

Judea Shanti Sijera

​I support the 33 Talent team across marketing and admin to help ensure the business and the clients have a smooth and thoughtful experience. From managing our “Hello” inbox to posting job ads, updating our CRM, and assisting with marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and ActiveCampaign, I take pride in the details that keep everything running behind the scenes.

Before joining 33 Talent, I earned my Marketing Management degree (cum laude) from Miriam College, where I was also recognized as a top scholar and consistent dean’s lister. My experience spans content marketing, digital media, and events management, supporting both event teams and content teams during university internships.

Outside of work, I love fashion and styling — you’ll often find me scrolling through Pinterest for outfit inspiration or planning matcha dates (solo or with my sister and friends). Giving back has also been a constant in my life, I’ve been volunteering since I was three years old. During university, I had the opportunity to lead two meaningful campaigns, one supporting animal shelters, and another providing relief for families affected by a typhoon. I’ve come to appreciate how creativity, small joys, and consistent, thoughtful action can bring meaning to both life and work. These are the values I carry with me each day at 33 Talent.
