- Creative Vision: Lead the vision for BTL campaigns across shopper, retail, POS, and experiential channels, ensuring ideas are strategically grounded and commercially viable.
- Agency Leadership: Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team (design, copy, experience, and production), fostering a culture of high ambition and grounded craft.
- Client Partnership: Act as a trusted senior advisor to global brands, leading presentations with authority and guiding stakeholders toward stronger creative outcomes.
- Executional Integrity: Oversee the development of toolkits and activation frameworks, ensuring the "big idea" maintains its integrity through rollout and multi-market adaptation.
- Execution & Craft: Maintain a deep understanding of production methods, materials, and retail constraints to ensure ambition never compromises feasibility.
- 12+ years of agency experience, specifically within BTL, shopper, retail, or activation environments.
- Senior Leadership: Proven track record as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead managing major brands and complex stakeholder groups.
- BTL Mastery: Expert knowledge of POS, retail activation, experiential marketing, and integrated BTL campaigns.
- Market Context: A strong New York agency background is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of how global brands operate in this space.
