We are seeking a superstar Creative Director with deep expertise in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing to lead the creative vision for global brands from our New York hub. This is a role for a seasoned leader who understands the "real world" of marketing—how a conceptual spark survives the journey from a deck to the shelf, the store, and the street.
Leveraging an extensive agency background, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to create shopper, retail, experiential, and activation work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Vision: Lead the vision for BTL campaigns across shopper, retail, POS, and experiential channels, ensuring ideas are strategically grounded and commercially viable.
  • Agency Leadership: Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team (design, copy, experience, and production), fostering a culture of high ambition and grounded craft.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a trusted senior advisor to global brands, leading presentations with authority and guiding stakeholders toward stronger creative outcomes.
  • Executional Integrity: Oversee the development of toolkits and activation frameworks, ensuring the "big idea" maintains its integrity through rollout and multi-market adaptation.
  • Execution & Craft: Maintain a deep understanding of production methods, materials, and retail constraints to ensure ambition never compromises feasibility.
Experience & Background
  • 12+ years of agency experience, specifically within BTL, shopper, retail, or activation environments.
  • Senior Leadership: Proven track record as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead managing major brands and complex stakeholder groups.
  • BTL Mastery: Expert knowledge of POS, retail activation, experiential marketing, and integrated BTL campaigns.
  • Market Context: A strong New York agency background is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of how global brands operate in this space.
  • From Concept to Physical: A demonstrated ability to move work from a strategic brief to physical execution at scale.
