Brand and Content Specialist
If you’re a strong writer and creative thinker who wants more ownership, more variety, and work that actually means something, this one is worth a look. The Company… Our client is a growing special needs NGO supporting individuals from early childhood through adulthood with education, vocational training, employment pathways, and community integration. But this is not a slow-moving NGO environment. Alongside its core programmes, the organisation operates several social enterprises and is building new brands and regional initiatives. The marketing team works almost like an internal creative agency, supporting different audiences, campaigns, businesses, and revenue goals. The Opportunity… We’re looking for a Brand & Content Strategy Lead to own the creative side of that growth. You’ll work alongside the Growth Marketing Manager, turning business goals into campaign ideas, strong messaging, and content that gets people to pay attention and take action. This is a great step-up opportunity for a Senior Executive or experienced content marketer who is ready to lead. You’ll guide a small creative team while still staying hands-on with the work. What You’ll Be Doing Own content strategy, messaging, copy, and storytelling across multiple brands. Develop campaign angles, concepts, and creative direction. Write and review content across social, ads, landing pages, EDMs, WhatsApp, decks, brochures, and events. Brief and guide designers, videographers, editors, and marketing executives. Keep multiple campaigns and projects moving without waiting for perfect briefs. Work closely with Growth to create content that supports enquiries, sales, fundraising, engagement, and revenue. Test new ideas, learn quickly, and improve what isn’t working. & You… Around 4–6 years’ experience in content, brand, creative strategy, social, campaign marketing, or a related space. Very strong copywriting skills. This is one of the biggest things we’re looking for. A portfolio that shows more than pretty content. We want to see thinking, storytelling, campaigns, and results. Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and stakeholders at the same time. Able to guide creatives and junior team members. Previous people-management experience is a plus. Naturally hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out as you go. Agency, startup, multi-brand, or similarly fast-moving experience would translate well. Experience or strong familiarity with Ramadan campaigns, zakat, Muslim giving, fundraising, or communications for Muslim communities would be particularly valuable, as this is an important part of the organisation’s annual campaign calendar. Why Consider It? Because you won’t just be managing a content calendar. You’ll get to build brands, lead campaigns, manage a team, work across different industries, contribute to major fundraising initiatives, and see the impact of your work up close. It’s broad. It’s fast. It will stretch you. And for the right marketer, that’s exactly the value of it. *** 33 Talent 33 Talent is your integrated HR partner providing bespoke recruitment, HR consultancy, and coaching services into digital, data, and communications across APAC and the rest of the world.
