The Company
The company’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently by moving all the voice communications to the cloud.

The company is currently getting into a scale-up mode and they are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager who can drive both customer satisfaction and commercial growth across an assigned portfolio of premium accounts.

The Role
You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. This role will work with customers to identify their wants and prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information. Contacting existing customers to discuss and give recommendations on how specific products or services can meet their needs. maintaining customer relationships to strategically place new products and drive sales for long-term growth.

• Own the full lifecycle for strategic projects from requirements gathering, budgeting, and planning through to execution, delivery, and monitoring.

• Be responsible for the successful delivery and business outcomes of both internal and client facing projects, of which there may be several in parallel.

& You... 
• Have >5 years’ experience managing high-impact IT and business projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.

• Possess a broad knowledge base across technical, operational, and financial business functions, understanding how the pieces fit together for a scaling company.

.• Be an expert in Project/Program management methodologies.

• Be an excellent communicator, proactive and highly organized.

• Be experienced in telecommunications and/or B2B SaaS.
