You will play a key role in the project management of campaigns across the full marketing mix suite of services that the company offers, ensuring they are brief, together with the offshore execution teams.
Along with the offshore execution teams, you are expected to ensure that client requirements are met on time and aligned with client's objectives. You will also independently handle the planning process from presentations to implementations of campaigns with offshore execution teams.
You are also expected to work closely with product leads to identify opportunities in the client accounts for upsells. You need to build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
The person we are looking for is a highly-motivated individual who has proven experience in client servicing within agency/ Adtech/ Martech environments and is interested to move to a consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience of delivering as an Account Manager from an agency environment servicing clients is essential
- Prior experience in project management and operations management is preferred
- Experience in client management and engagements, account management, consulting services delivery, business intelligence, data warehousing, or similar business areas is a plus
- Good domain knowledge of areas such as Digital marketing. Any other knowledge in areas of analytics, e-Commerce, CRM platforms, competitive intelligence would be a strong plus. Not all are essential as on the job training would be provided as part of the on-boarding
- Good sense of commercial acumen
