A bit about me
British by nationality, international by experience, I was born in Hong Kong and have worked in London, Sydney and Singapore. My passion to work with people and to help them succeed was established when I studied Psychology (BSc) at university.
As a coach my mission is simple, to inspire people to see what’s possible. I believe that people who feel inspired feel energised and ready to take on the demands and challenges that they may face in their career and in life.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the communications world (media, PR, insight and research) having built and led revenue generating teams and divisions across multiple agencies. My most recent role was as Head of Asia Pacific for Edelman Intelligence.
I understand the challenges and rewards of being a leader and have the skills and experience to assist other leaders in creating a vision, establishing values, building thriving cultures and driving productive, collaborative teams.

A bit about me
Born and bred in Malaysia, Singapore has been my home for almost 30 years. After 20+ years climbing the corporate ladder, I realised there’s more to life than just chasing the next promotion. I eventually took on coaching to make a more meaningful and positive impact on others. My coaching is centered on the belief that everyone has the innate strength and potential to go from good to great.

I come from the professional services sector, mainly focusing on business development in the legal industry. I led teams, helped build strong client relationships, won new business and engaged in strategic planning. In particular, I enjoyed the collaborative aspect of working across multi-jurisdictional and cross-functional teams.
During my career, I’ve experienced various trials, tribulations and priority shifts at different stages of my life. This gives me a good understanding of what staff, managers and leaders go through, especially in the areas of performance, career pivot, personal growth and values alignment.

I am incredibly passionate about people and the stories they bring. I have been working with the more subtle – yet critical – aspects of human aspirations for the best part of my career; starting with Team-building, Executive Headhunting, Recruitment and Career Consultancy, and progressing into Executive Coaching services for professionals.

A bit about me
Of Polish origin, my parents arrived in the UK as refugees following World War II. I was born in London and have lived in a number of places around England and in 4 countries on 2 continents. I have visited almost 50 countries, many of these due to work and often in locations far from the tourist path. I’ve been living in Singapore since 2014.
I seek to create a safe space where my clients feel encouraged to do the deep self-work required to achieve lasting change. I’m empathetic and nurturing in enabling my clients to fully engage in their personal development journey.

I have more than 30 years of experience in working with global multinational corporations, and their operating subsidiaries, across Asia Pacific and Europe primarily in the industrial, construction materials, infrastructure and mining sectors.
I have held corporate, regional and business unit leadership roles in HR, OD and L&D in organisations operating in both mature and developing markets. I understand the importance of connecting the dots between strategy, leadership and people, and engaging and aligning others to build collaboration and sustainable performance improvement.
