A bit about me
British by nationality, international by experience, I was born in Hong Kong and have worked in London, Sydney and Singapore. My passion to work with people and to help them succeed was established when I studied Psychology (BSc) at university.
As a coach my mission is simple, to inspire people to see what’s possible. I believe that people who feel inspired feel energised and ready to take on the demands and challenges that they may face in their career and in life.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the communications world (media, PR, insight and research) having built and led revenue generating teams and divisions across multiple agencies. My most recent role was as Head of Asia Pacific for Edelman Intelligence.
I understand the challenges and rewards of being a leader and have the skills and experience to assist other leaders in creating a vision, establishing values, building thriving cultures and driving productive, collaborative teams.

A bit about me
I moved to Singapore in 2009, specialising in Talent in the Communications, Digital and Data sectors. I’ve witnessed huge changes sweeping across these industries and this is what initially fueled my interest in coaching – how do people cope with change?
I trained as a coach in 2018 and loved it from the get-go. I enjoy taking people on a journey which ends with clarity, options and self-belief. When those three elements are aligned, it’s inspiring to see what people can achieve.

I am incredibly passionate about people and the stories they bring. I have been working with the more subtle – yet critical – aspects of human aspirations for the best part of my career; starting with Team-building, Executive Headhunting, Recruitment and Career Consultancy, and progressing into Executive Coaching services for professionals.

A bit about me
French and Japanese by nationality, multicultural by experience, I was born near Paris and have studied and work in France, India, Japan and now Singapore. I hold a master in Law (LLM) and several art and coaching certifications.
My coaching style is grounded in the belief of unlimited potential accessible by all. I partner with my clients and walk alongside them on their journey to remove roadblocks they may face. In the highly VUCA world we live in, I help clients ‘pause’ so that they can reconnect to what truly matters helping them to ‘come home’ as leaders and as human beings.

I have over 17 years of corporate experience: 8 years’ experience in the Advertising industry across 3 countries and 9 years in HR consulting and recruitment. My last full time role was regional director for a global executive search firm leading a team of 8 people.

Of Polish origin, my parents arrived in the UK as refugees following World War II. I was born in London and have lived in a number of places around England and in 4 countries on 2 continents. I have visited almost 50 countries, many of these due to work and often in locations far from the tourist path. I’ve been living in Singapore since 2014.
I seek to create a safe space where my clients feel encouraged to do the deep self-work required to achieve lasting change. I’m empathetic and nurturing in enabling my clients to fully engage in their personal development journey.

I’m a Brit by background and when the opportunity came to move to Singapore in 2018 I jumped at it!
As an HRD, I saw just how often good people got stuck in mid career wondering ”is this it?” They stagnate, feeling increasingly miserable and powerless to have the big impact they want – wasting time, talent and money.
