A bit about me

British by nationality, international by experience, I was born in Hong Kong and have worked in London, Sydney and Singapore. My passion to work with people and to help them succeed was established when I studied Psychology (BSc) at university.

As a coach my mission is simple, to inspire people to see what’s possible. I believe that people who feel inspired feel energised and ready to take on the demands and challenges that they may face in their career and in life.

Through deep coaching I work to bring people closer to the future they want, whether this is to become more confident as a manager, more powerful as a leader or to become more effective in the work that they do.

Professional Experience

I have over 20 years’ experience in the communications world (media, PR, insight and research) having built and led revenue generating teams and divisions across multiple agencies. My most recent role was as Head of Asia Pacific for Edelman Intelligence.

I understand the challenges and rewards of being a leader and have the skills and experience to assist other leaders in creating a vision, establishing values, building thriving cultures and driving productive, collaborative teams.

A bit about me

Born and bred in Malaysia, Singapore has been my home for almost 30 years. After 20+ years climbing the corporate ladder, I realised there’s more to life than just chasing the next promotion. I eventually took on coaching to make a more meaningful and positive impact on others. My coaching is centered on the belief that everyone has the innate strength and potential to go from good to great.

In a world with increasing distractions and competing priorities, I give people a quiet space to slow down, take stock and discover themselves. Equipped with greater clarity, my goal is that they then walk away with the confidence, empowerment and self-belief to grow, dream and live the life they want.

Professional Experience

I come from the professional services sector, mainly focusing on business development in the legal industry. I led teams, helped build strong client relationships, won new business and engaged in strategic planning. In particular, I enjoyed the collaborative aspect of working across multi-jurisdictional and cross-functional teams.

During my career, I’ve experienced various trials, tribulations and priority shifts at different stages of my life. This gives me a good understanding of what staff, managers and leaders go through, especially in the areas of performance, career pivot, personal growth and values alignment.

A bit about me

I moved to Singapore in 2009, specialising in Talent in the Communications, Digital and Data sectors. I’ve witnessed huge changes sweeping across these industries and this is what initially fueled my interest in coaching – how do people cope with change?

I trained as a coach in 2018 and loved it from the get-go. I enjoy taking people on a journey which ends with clarity, options and self-belief. When those three elements are aligned, it’s inspiring to see what people can achieve.

I gain immense satisfaction knowing that positive gains from a coaching journey ripple out into all areas of a person’s life and work, benefitting others along the way.

I have always worked in the Talent industry and in 2012 founded my own business in this space, 33 Talent. During my 20-year career I’ve learnt the importance of having an engaged and motivated team, and that every leader can only be as successful as the team they have empowered.

As a business owner my workday includes sales, business development, marketing, operations, strategy, innovation, HR and recruitment – the life of an MD!

I am incredibly passionate about people and the stories they bring. I have been working with the more subtle – yet critical – aspects of human aspirations for the best part of my career; starting with Team-building, Executive Headhunting, Recruitment and Career Consultancy, and progressing into Executive Coaching services for professionals.

My coaching takes on the form of a vibrant conversation where I partner with my clients to seek their truths. I am a direct communicator who also employs appropriate humour, the combination of which supports individuals in weeding out their negatives and readying themselves for deeper self-empowerment.

I believe that powerful change is not rooted in a desire to deviate from oneself, but rather for a person to become closer to who they really are deep inside. Impact happens when magnifying an innate quality/desire of a person, rather than seeking to become something a person is not.

I have more than a decade of headhunting and recruitment experience, servicing global Technology and Consulting firms in their talent needs. Focusing mainly within the Sales and profit-center functions, I am familiar with challenges within the profession and how the minds of sales achievers work.

I have been coaching since 2017 and focus on programmatic coaching for organisations looking to use coaching as an initiatives launchpad rather than waiting to solve problems when they arise.

A bit about me

Of Polish origin, my parents arrived in the UK as refugees following World War II. I was born in London and have lived in a number of places around England and in 4 countries on 2 continents. I have visited almost 50 countries, many of these due to work and often in locations far from the tourist path. I’ve been living in Singapore since 2014.

I seek to create a safe space where my clients feel encouraged to do the deep self-work required to achieve lasting change. I’m empathetic and nurturing in enabling my clients to fully engage in their personal development journey.

I love to work with people who have a track record of success, who are facing a career or business challenge and are willing to invest in themselves. I advocate lifelong learning through the practice of un-learning, re-learning and nu-learning.

I have more than 30 years of experience in working with global multinational corporations, and their operating subsidiaries, across Asia Pacific and Europe primarily in the industrial, construction materials, infrastructure and mining sectors.

I have held corporate, regional and business unit leadership roles in HR, OD and L&D in organisations operating in both mature and developing markets. I understand the importance of connecting the dots between strategy, leadership and people, and engaging and aligning others to build collaboration and sustainable performance improvement.
