Key Responsibilities
- 3D Concept Leadership: Translate brand and shopper strategies into high-impact 3D concepts, visuals, and presentations for global brands.
- Shopper-Centric Design: Develop fixtures and displays rooted in shopper behaviour, retail flow, and point-of-purchase decision-making.
- Technical Development: Move beyond the "pretty picture" to create detailed specifications, technical drawings, and files ready for engineering and production.
- Manufacturing & Materials: Act as the expert on finishes, manufacturing methods, and cost implications, ensuring designs meet safety, sustainability, and budget requirements.
- Collaborative Partner: Work alongside Creative Directors and production teams to guide the craft, supporting client presentations with technical confidence and design authority.
- 8+ years of 3D, industrial, or product design experience within an agency or retail-focused environment.
- Portfolio of retail projects: A proven track record of designing physical retail assets that have been successfully manufactured and deployed.
- BTL Specialist: Deep expertise in POS, shopper marketing, and retail activation units.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in current 3D design and rendering software, with a sharp eye for form, proportion, and brand expression.
- Production Fluency: Direct experience working with suppliers and understanding the constraints of global retail rollouts.
- Execution-Minded Creativity: The ability to balance bold creative vision with strict engineering feasibility.
- Precision & Detail: A high level of care in technical drawings and specifications to ensure "buildable" outcomes.
- Strategic Instinct: Understanding how 3D form influences shopper engagement and brand perception in-store.
- Problem-Solving: A solutions-focused approach when balancing design ambition against cost and materials.
