We are seeking a heavyweight Creative Director with deep expertise in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing to lead the creative vision for global brands across Vietnam and the broader region. This is a role for a seasoned leader who understands the "real world" of marketing.
Based in Vietnam, you will leverage a sophisticated agency background to bridge high-level strategy with executional excellence. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to create shopper, retail, experiential, and activation work that isn't just creative, it’s built to scale and succeed in complex retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Vision: Set and maintain the standard for shopper and activation campaigns, ensuring brand strategy translates into compelling physical and experiential touchpoints.
  • Agency Leadership: Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team (design, copy, and production), fostering a culture of high ambition and practical craft.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a trusted senior advisor to global clients, leading presentations with authority and guiding stakeholders toward brave, effective creative outcomes.
  • Executional Integrity: Oversee the development of toolkits and frameworks, ensuring the "big idea" survives the realities of production, materials, and multi-market rollouts.
  • Strategic Growth: Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape agency culture and push the boundaries of what BTL can achieve.
Experience & Background
  • 12+ years of agency experience, specifically within BTL, shopper, retail, or activation environments.
  • Senior Leadership: Proven track record as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead managing major brands.
  • BTL Mastery: Deep expertise in POS, retail promotions, and integrated activation campaigns.
  • Global Standard: While based in Vietnam, a background in a major global agency hub (e.g., New York, London, or Singapore) is strongly preferred.
  • Operational Fluency: A thorough understanding of production methods, retail constraints, and how to design for scale without compromising on quality.
