The Role
- The company is looking for an experienced Finance professional who can oversee and guide the company's portfolio of client companies, provide strategic leadership to finance and corporate secretary professional team. The role reports directly to the CEO and will lead an existing team, including managing new business and business growth on top of day-to-day operations.
- Review, monitor and update financial systems and controls
- Manage key client relationships and serve as both a player and coach to the internal finance team
- Own the business development lifecycle; lead meetings, quote new customers, and close business
- Refine, oversee, and manage new client onboarding
- Ensure client service delivery is running smoothly
- Financial oversight and mentoring for founders and business leaders across clients
- A keen understanding of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations and business structuring
