Key Responsibilities
- Studio Leadership: Manage day-to-day studio operations, overseeing workflow, resourcing, and prioritisation for regional BTL projects.
- Client Partnership: Act as a key lead for studio-delivered work, building trusted relationships with regional and global stakeholders through confident, credible communication.
- Creative Excellence: Ensure all BTL outputs—including adaptations and localisations—are on-brief, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest standards.
- Delivery Management: Proactively manage workstreams across various brands and retail formats, resolving risks early to ensure on-time delivery.
- Team Development: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of designers and artworkers, fostering a culture of accountability and craft.
- 7+ years in studio management, creative operations, or agency delivery.
- BTL Expertise: Deep experience in shopper, retail, POS, and activation environments.
- Regional Reach: Proven track record managing creative delivery across South East Asia markets.
- Client Savvy: Confident managing senior stakeholders and translating complex feedback into actionable studio direction.
- Operational Fluency: Strong understanding of adaptation models, production processes, and multi-market rollouts.
