Our Client
Our client is in the marketing and advertising space, with events management at its core of its offering. Since its inception the company has been working with blue chip technology brands to execute large scale events and conferences.
  • Create concepts, and visualisations of ideas and creative for experiential activations, exhibition booths, conferences and a whole host of B2B events. 
  • Produce technical and production drawings, and layouts for briefing and costings. 
  • Produce quick communication models for initial costings, proposal documents and to share ideas efficiently and quickly amongst the wider project teams. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge in event production, and able to design within budget perimeters.
  • Able to work with brand guidelines to adapt and create design solutions to fulfil the event's objectives. 
  • Participate in design and creative brainstorming and collaborate with team members across the agency on projects and initiatives. 
  • Work closely with event production vendors to manage costs, production and installation of designs, on time and within budget.
  • Proactively communicate issues, opportunities, and insights to the team. 
  • Complementary design competencies such as graphic design and photography are a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of design experience, whether in-house or agency environment 
  • A degree in theatre, architectural design, industrial design or similar field preferred 
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools such as 3D Max, Vectorworks, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema 4D
  • Basic creative and technical understanding of event audio, visual and lighting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
