Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Product Designer – User Experience, is responsible for partnering with design, technology and together with its clients build out consumer engagement strategies, tactical solutions and being the voice of the customer as we build out our global platform capabilities.
The Product Designer role is to understand the needs and wants of the customer- in short, to build empathy with the customer. The role aims to balance the voice of the customer and the product, market research and build experience journey to drive real time engagement with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, visualize and design user experience, working in a collaborative and agile team
Generate information architecture, wireframe, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interaction prototypes for web and mobile platforms
Pushing boundaries of product experience and exploring new ideas with the mindset of thinking out of the box
Conduct cross-functional product strategy workshops to facilitate ideation
Own the UX piece of the business and ensure the experiences make their way towards users on all touchpoints
Support experimentation and online user journey, through creating testable design iterations and surfacing behavioral insights
Present work effectively and articulately communicate design rationale to stakeholders
You should have:
Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Communication Design, or related discipline
Ideally to have 6 years of experience minimally designing user experience across platforms, ideally for large audiences
Mix of in-house and agency experience
A track record and portfolio of well-executed commercialized projects and products
An outstanding team contributor who can provide a thoughtful viewpoint on product design, you are well-versed in giving and receiving feedback constructively
Passionate about crafting new user experiences from the ground up
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with change, and eager to be hands on
Experienced working in a start-up environment
