The Role
Working with the Event Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide support in managing and organizing events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions, and virtual/ hybrid events from conception to completion across the Asia Pacific region. You are also expected to:
- Manage on-site operations, production, technical and manpower management to ensure smooth delivery of the physical events
- Create, customize, and configure virtual event pages. Upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows.

The person we are looking for is someone with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in regional event management - physical, virtual, or hybrid.
We're looking for an Events Executive with demonstrable success in managing/producing any of the following:
- Large-scale tech conferences (up to 5000 people)
- CEO luncheon programs
- Product launches
- Keynote plenaries
