Their proprietary platform integrates media buying, audience targeting, and real-time optimization, backed by some of the brightest minds in ad tech.
The Role
As a Technical Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns across multiple DSPs, including both the company’s proprietary platform and third-party tools like DV360, Xandr, and Amazon.
You’ll be trained extensively across the full programmatic ecosystem, covering display, video, native, programmatic audio, DOOH, and connected TV. Reporting into the JAPAC Trading Lead, you’ll take ownership of campaign execution, pacing, delivery, troubleshooting, and post-campaign analysis.
You’ll also collaborate closely with the client services and trading teams to help ensure campaigns are high-performing, data-informed, and aligned to client KPIs.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Set up and manage campaigns across multiple DSPs
- Monitor delivery and performance, optimizing in real-time
- Propose targeting strategies and identify trends from campaign data

You should have:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading or digital media buying
- Experience working directly with DSPs (DV360, Xandr, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills—pivot tables, data formatting, charting
- A data-driven mindset with solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients
- A degree in Mathematics, Social Science, Computing, or similar (preferred)
