  • Establishes strong relationships with the sales team through ongoing and regular communication, and develop a clear understanding of the existing sales funnel and broader strategy, including business processes, metrics and reporting cadence

  • Provides reporting and analytical support on actuals, forecasting and pipeline activities, target setting, individual seller performance metrics and quarterly business reviews

  • Identifies key areas to implement or improve relevant sales automation techniques, analytics, and CRM management workflow

  • Ensures data accuracy and verifies sales systems data as system of truth

  • Conducts research on particular sectors or geographies to identify and resolve blockers (legal, regulatory, technical)

  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain elevated levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s execution efforts

  • Participates in developing strategy, processes, and operating procedures to a growing Sales organization

  • Assess and Identify opportunities through non-standard channels (website, social media)

  • Ensure that the sales materials remain up to date with the latest marketing messages

  • Works collaboratively across functional teams to develop advanced and sophisticated, quantitative analysis, translating internal and external data into actionable insights

  • Manages ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests


  • Minimum 5 years experience in a sales environment, preferably within an analytics and/or operations role

  • Data-driven with strong analytical ability and with the needs to be hands-on

  • Must be highly organized, independent and able to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment

  • Adept at developing and executing actions synthesized from analysis issues

  • Excellent MS Office skills with the ability to present complex data succinctly. Any programming experience is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and a believer in the value of a process

  • Must be flexible, self-motivated and team-oriented

  • Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change

  • Has excellent communication and interaction with people all around the globe in a multi-cultural environment

  • Hands-on experience with CRM solutions (eg, HubSpot, mail chimp)
