The Role
  • Selling to Tier 1 media agencies and brands in Thailand
  • Self-sourcing and qualifying viable business opportunities across media agencies to support revenue target objectives.
  • Forecasting accurately within and across industry verticals, drive revenue growth within the target accounts and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Cultivating relationships with direct clients and media agencies to seek new opportunities: Understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met, pitch and educate about company solutions.
  • Analysing market conditions and a creating detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth.
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics
  • Establishing transparent and regular communication with prospects and clients to ensure their needs are met and that projects are delivered.
  • Collaborating with and coordinating with diverse internal teams (sales, account management, publishing, etc) on pitches, presentations, and proposals.

You are ambitious and highly motivated, you are looking to build your sales and presentation skills within the AdTech space and grow long lasting relationships with advertisers in the region. 
  • 5+ years of sales experience, which includes 3+ years of experience in selling digital solutions (experience at a digital ad agency, direct sales team at a Publishing house, or digital marketer of global brands would be a plus).
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape in Thailand
  • Proven ability to build relationships with top agencies and brand advertisers in Thailand.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai language and a good understanding of English.
  • Confident listener, communicator and presenter whilst staying humble
  • Committed to over-deliver on clients' expectations and earn their trust
  • Persistent, resilient and proactive to forge long term relationships
