The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, with a focus on driving revenue and building lasting partnerships with agencies and brands. This is a strategic individual contributor role, reporting to the Commercial Director based overseas. You’ll own the full sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding with the support of a collaborative regional team.
You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, client services, and trading to ensure a seamless experience for clients, while actively contributing to the company’s growth strategy and revenue goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of agency and advertiser leads
- Creating targeted outbound strategies by vertical and market
- Developing strong C-level relationships with clients and media partners
- Delivering best-in-class client proposals and presentations
- Negotiating commercial terms that maximize revenue and client value
- Accurately forecasting and reporting via Salesforce

You're a motivated self-starter with a strong commercial instinct, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the programmatic and performance marketing ecosystem.
What you bring:
- 5–7 years of sales or business development experience in digital media, programmatic, or affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian advertising landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex solutions for clients
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
