​If you're hiring in Singapore and you're not already using Jobsbank (and you really should be!) then listen up, because new rules are coming in next week that may affect how you advertise roles, and apply for EPs.

From 1st July 2018 onwards, all firms with at least 10 workers must advertise all jobs paying up to $15,000 a month on Jobsbank, for at least 14 days before an EP application can be made, to give local candidates a fair chance to apply and be assessed.

(Currently, the law applies only to firms with at least 26 workers and for jobs paying under $12,000 a month)

​Jobsbank is a great source for local talent. They've recently re-branded (the site for candidates is now called My Career Future) , which has led to an increase in the relevance and quality of candidates applying for our roles on Jobsbank over the last few months.

You can post the jobs yourself using your Corpass, or ask your recruitment agency to do so (any licensed recruitment agency can post on your behalf).
