I mainly focus on providing end to end recruitment services to clients that have been with us on a subscription based support. I handle both tech & non-tech roles globally covering country such as United Kingdom aside from APAC. I have a strong passion for people-related topics, and keen to learn other processes that contribute towards successful implementation of best practices around Human Resource topics.
Types of clients I worked with are within the Fintech/Technological space which includes company such as Thunes - A Cross border payment network company. Types of candidates that I typically recruit for are Software engineers, Business Analysts, Compliance, Business Development, Accountancy, Treasury/Finance, and many more.
I come with the experience of both in-house talent acquisition and external recruitment in multiple industries - Manufacturing, Telco and Financial Institution. I have handled end-to-end recruitment processes and acquired a series of best practices around recruitment. One of the most notable projects that I have been involved in includes the implementation of an online recruitment platform, successfully moving away from highly manual, paper-based recruitment processes. Aside from that, successfully support client on their employer branding initiatives through multiple career events to build pipeline for future hiring needs.
Outside of the office, I do enjoy spending good amount of time with family and friends as I enjoy being in a group. Keeping myself busy with an average amount of road cycling, getting to know different individuals that shares the same hobby.
