I focus on delivering end to end HR services to clients within the subscription product of 33 Talent. Having a strong passion in “People”, I have also been equipped with the CIPD - Level 3 Human Resource Management that help me contribute greatly in the role I am performing.
I work with FinTech and agencies, facilitating engagement oriented exercises and reviewing processes that help organisations to continuously put people first in what they do. Reviewing technologies and implementing new technologies to meet their organisational goals is also part of my portfolio.
On the side, I am heavily involved in project based delivery such as BCG (RISE) as well as Google Skills Ignition SG, taking responsibility for the overall process development and technology implementation to drive successful programmes.
I have a decade of experience starting off with recruitment in-house and external that enables me to understand and work well with different stakeholders. I have then subsequently got more involved in other HR aspects such as performance management, talent engagement, and many more.
Outside of work, I enjoy various hobbies such as coding and photography.
