The Role
33 Talent are looking for a tech recruiter/TA specialist to join our team in Singapore.
You will be delivering an Onsite project for a global tech client, and your time will be split between the 33 Talent office and onsite with the client each week.
You will cover Talent Acquisition (from social media sourcing strategies to Talent Pools), Employment Branding (building & delivering ROI), Delivery (building tools, systems & processes) and Talent Management (Data to Advisory).

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead the development of talent acquisition efforts for the Client with a focus towards building the team, elevating their employment brand, volume of applicants and candidate experience.
And You
- You'll come from an agency recruitment or in-house Talent Acquisition background, with experience recruiting hard-to-fill tech roles
- You'll need a proven track record of successful international recruitment, and a detailed understanding of best practice selection methodology
- You should have extensive recruitment experience at all levels from entry to executive, a creative approach to solving problems and able to act as an ambassador for the organization, ideally with experience of an In-house resourcing function & project management
- There is no sales or business development element to this role, but there are client set KPIs that you will be responsible for hitting each month
