We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Client Service Director (with recruitment experience) to join our team in Singapore, and work exclusively with a fast growing start-up in the tech space.

You will be delivering an Onsite project for a tech client, and your time will be split between the 33 Talent office and onsite with the client each week (this may be remote). You will cover Talent Acquisition (active and passive talent, social media sourcing strategies, talent pools, employer brand etc), Delivery (building tools, systems & processes) and Talent Management (Data to Advisory).  You will manage a Delivery team of tech-recruiters who will be servicing the roles and bringing forward suitable candidates, giving you time to work with the client/hiring managers to troubleshoot hard-to-fill roles, ensure they have a sound hiring strategy, and help them to fulfill their business goals by having the right team in place.  

The Client Service Director will work in a 33 Talent team that develops talent acquisition efforts for the Client with a focus towards growing their team, elevating their employment brand, volume of applicants and candidate experience.

And You

  • You'll come from an agency recruitment or in-house Talent Acquisition background, with experience recruiting hard-to-fill tech roles

  • You'll need a proven track record of successful recruitment, and a detailed understanding of best practice selection methodology

  • You should have extensive recruitment experience at all levels from entry to executive, a creative approach to solving problems and able to act as an ambassador for the organization, ideally with experience of an In-house resourcing function & project management

  • The sales in this role aren't 'hard sales', but instead they are about nurturing clients, giving them a best-in-class experience and helping them to hit their business goals by troubleshooting recruitment issues and working with the client as a partner.  In this sense the 'sales' is about influencing and excellent relationships management

  • There are client-set KPIs that you will be responsible for hitting each month
