A global leading b2b company providing products to their customers across consumer industries. As this long-established business continues to grow in APAC, the fastest developing region, they require an experienced communicator to help maintain its strong market position. 

The Role
We are looking for a senior, multi-faceted Social Media and Communications Manager to join the team in Singapore.

This role reports to the Head of Communications, APAC and you will play a significant role in promoting and building awareness for the brand across all communication channels in APAC by collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams, to align all communication activities with their Go to Market initiatives.

You have a flair for identifying the latest social media trends and have a strong understanding of applying relevant trends in a B2B2C environment to build awareness for the brand.

You will also work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, to localize and implement social media lead-generation campaigns to build awareness for this company's products and solutions and generate quality leads that will qualify as markets qualified leads.

Other responsibilities include Event Management (online and offline), Public Relations, Operations Communications and Internal Communications. The Social Media and Communications Manager will also work with the Global Communications team to support some of the company-wide and regionally-led initiatives that has an impact on the region and to ensure all regional and local communication assets align with corporate and divisional brand and messaging guidelines.

& You... 
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in b2b digital communications, strategy and channels management with strong analytical and insight generation and problem-solving skills – and you’re a great storyteller, too. 

The experience that you'll need must be:
  • 8-10 years working experience in professional communications or marketing, with a speciality in digital content, social media or corporate communications roles
  • At least 5 years’ hands-on experience managing social media platforms across Asia, including WeChat
And the qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree in Communication, Business Marketing or Journalism
  • Experience with Google Ads Platform, LinkedIn, Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/WeChat, content syndication & data enrichment vendors
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar
  • Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics & Tableau
