The Opportunity…
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to make a real impact by shaping and transforming our HR function. In this role, you'll take charge of key HR tasks like hiring great talent, improving employee development, and making sure we follow employment laws.
This is a hands-on role where you'll directly influence how our team grows and thrives. The Role…
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals, while collaborating on workforce planning.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
- Develop effective onboarding programs for smooth integration and long-term retention.
- Implement initiatives to retain key talent through career development programs and recognition efforts.
- Address employee concerns and grievances to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Identify training needs and organize programs to foster employee development and career growth.
- Assist with performance management by supporting reviews, improvement plans, and growth opportunities.
- Manage payroll and benefits to ensure fair, competitive compensation.
- Maintain updated HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage statutory requirements.
- Track and analyze HR metrics on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction, presenting insights to senior management.
- Mentor junior HR staff and drive continuous improvements in HR processes focused on talent retention and development.
& You…
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. Experience in hiring teachers or educators is a plus. Supervisory experience is also advantageous.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Must be willing to travel to Changi (Hybrid arrangement, 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
