The company is an integrated marketing agency that sprouted from start-up to MNC in the past 20 years.

With 30 offices globally, their APAC team provides integrated marketing services including but not limited to integrated communications, traditional PR, events, media relations, account-based marketing, and digital (social, performance, SEO/SEM, media buys, analytics, web development, etc.)

They partner with a diverse industry client list globally across the consumer, innovation, and technology industries (Automotive, Lifestyle, Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, FMCG, Hospitality, government companies, etc.)

The Role

Working with the Head of Growth, your main responsibility is to drive and increase new business opportunities by identifying and proactively approaching potential prospects.

Along with the team, you will generate leads, develop pitches and ultimately, secure new clients in diversified sectors and services.
You will play a lead role in representing the business in building new partnerships and relationships to enhance the overall business proposition.
You are also expected to :  
  • Run and support training sessions, with a view to maximizing opportunities to expand team skills and grow revenues
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to reinforce the company’s integrated proposition which includes Facebook, Google, Twitter, advertisers/publishers, ad tech companies, or other agencies across content, social, performance, analytics, technology, data, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with all teams across the region to increase the utilization of digital services
  • Present the strategic digital face of the agency to external audiences through speaker opportunities, interviews with the media, etc.

The person we are looking for is deeply commercial, with a proven track record of commercially impacting a business via lead generation and strategic client consultancy

You have strong knowledge / very well-versed in integrated digital marketing within a wider communications context

You’ve worked for at least 5 years in a digital communications agency environment  

We're looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager with demonstrable success at securing new business and increasing client revenues.
The applicant will require the following: 
  • Extensive experience in media relations, PR, social media, content, and digital marketing 
  • Strong research and analytics skills with a love for data
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to identify, manage and resolve issues
  • Superior communication skills – written and verbal
