33 Talent’s Coaching Practice:
We launched our coaching practice in 2019 and it is growing - fast. We have built a bank of training and coaching products that have delighted our customers and grown the practice quarter on quarter. We are now looking for an experienced coach with an understanding of business to support in growing this arm of our company and delivering our products.
The Role:
- To deliver exceptional one to one coaching to our clients
- To nurture and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- To support the Head of Coaching with opportunities to build and grow the practice
- To deliver workshops and training sessions (and to see this as an exciting new skill to add to your skillset if you are not already experienced in this area)
And you ....
- A qualified coach with a proven track record, who is comfortable coaching and training senior leaders.
- Have at least 6 years’ experience working in a business role (in marketing, the media/PR/advertising agency world, as a recruiter or in sales would be a bonus)
- Love to coach!
- Have a passion for promoting what you do and have a can-do attitude.
- Enjoy creating and building - relationships, ideas, products
- Like be of service and to nurture relationships
- Have facilitated workshops or run training sessions, or see this as the next skill you’d like to develop
and demonstrates the spirit of all our 33ers – this means believing in
meaningful work, empowering people to thrive, enjoying what we do and
supporting one another to succeed.
