What you need
Strategically utilise LinkedIn, networks, and research methods to headhunt/source passive candidates
Initiate phone screening with applicants to determine talents suitability based on job brief given
Compile candidate profiles, reports and summaries of the data gathered
Work across multiple job requisitions with your lead collaboratively and deliver suitable profiles to clients
Ensuring best practice in accordance to 33 Talent’s delivery standard

You'll come from an agency recruitment or in-house recruitment background, with experience in research capacity of at least 1 to 2 years
You'll need a proven track record of successful international recruitment, and a great understanding of best practice selection methodology (Boolean Searches)
You’ll have experience working in multiple talent database platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, X-Ray search)
Should have a strong interest in the tech and digital space
