Our award winning Subscription product has enabled us to get up close and personal with clients in the payments, blockchain, communications, digital transformation and insuretech sectors - sitting on-site as their integrated HR and recruitment team, joining our clients as they grow to the next level.
We are looking for a well-organised recruiter who is comfortable working with talent in the data, marketing and digital transformation sectors. Someone who understands these sectors at a high level would work, though of course we welcome deep level expertise as well!
The role will be to join our busy team, helping to deliver the many different aspects of an outplacement programme we are running for an IMDA-backed training scheme.
Duties will include
- populating the candidate database
- updating the job portal with new roles
- matching CVs with new jobs that come in
- helping clients to schedule interviews
- creating resume books for the cohorts as they graduate
- helping trainees book in career coaching sessions with 33 Talent coaches
- manning the careers@ email address
- creating reports and insights
- acting as a community manager who is there to help the programme run smoothly for the trainees, the companies who are hiring, and the client
- offering excellent client service
- using initiative to always improve processes
You will be someone who loves to use their initiative, enjoys making things run smoothly, and who is happy to always work out a solution to new and interesting needs that may crop up.
You'll be well organised, with a strong operational streak, and will enjoy the side of recruitment that is about excellent processes, great service, and making sure everybody knows where they are at.
There is no sales in this role, it is to work on a big project that is already up and running. The 'recruitment' side of the role will be to match CVs and help schedule interviews to encourage as many people as possible to find roles once their training programme is finished.
You'll get a buzz out of knowing you've made a difference to a large number of people, helping them get back into work.
