- Be on the pulse with the latest trends and developments in the assigned account’s landscape, such as industry news, competitors, influencers and relevant partners.
- Identify trends and partnerships’ developments and proactively seek out actionable opportunities in generating social conversations (trendjacking).
- Maintain and enhance quality of reports for clients through mapping back learnings and recommendations to client needs, and creating meaningful data visualization.
- Venture and explore new ad technology solutions (free and paid) to enhance existing data systems, and imbue into strategic processes
- Advise on best post format practices on all social channels and stay updated on the latest social channel developments
- A creative soul who’s on the pulse of what’s happening in social/digital. Being naturally curious and aware of what brands are doing in the space, and how they are influencing communities.
- Have experience in planning digital-led communications plans
- Passionate about digital content and / or content creation
- Be a strong communicator, able to influence outcomes of meetings and get people on side to a new way of thinking
- Have a solid grasp of numbers and reporting, with demonstrable experience in analyzing performance data
- Enjoy a highly collaborative and culturally diverse working environment

Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in a content or channel planning role at a creative, media or in-house role
- You’re a keen student of life, open and curious, always learning
- As a communicator, every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas
- Experience in social analytics/ listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sysomos, or Talkwalker is
- Working knowledge in additional analytics/ ad tech tools such as google keyword planner, PowerBI, and Tableau will be a plus.
- Excellent presentation Team player with strong attention to detail. Able to lead and inspire teammates by example.
- Demonstrate strong social/ cultural curiosity and a clear understanding of current social trends and
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Naturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines
- Shows point of view on specific areas of interest within experience design, industry trends or sectors and is confident in promoting them both internally and externally
- Ability to synthesize and utilize data to help craft a creative platform/story and you are excited by the diverse various opportunities to bring that to life
- Strong foundation of storytelling, familiarity with the language of business, and the ability to work effectively and creatively under tight deadlines
