The Role
We are looking for a HR Manager based in Singapore. In this position, you will be working directly with regional leaders to ensure the company hires, retains and trains the best talent as well as supporting team leaders with their recruitment needs.
The candidate will be working closely with the CEO and Managing Director of an award-winning, regional communications agency.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar HR & administrative roles (PR or advertising agency environment experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia as a priority)
- Competent in HR development - including training and talent development, and employee engagement
- Strong in HR operations, and adept at handling confidential and sensitive information with high integrity
- Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational skills. Able to set up and recommend new processes to streamline efficiencies across markets
- Experience in running Singapore’s office operations
- People-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator (both written and spoken)
