The Role
We have grown significantly in the last 2 years (despite the covid set back) and we are looking to grow another 30% in the next FY.  We recognise now is the time to really invest in our Team by having someone dedicated to looking after them.  We are looking for someone who can help us attract 33ers and make sure the 33T experience that our staff love is maintained as we scale.  
This role is to support a thriving HR Consultancy in 4 key areas. 

  • Internal Recruitment - Helping to find new 33ers to join the team. 

  • 33 Talent HR: Supporting 33 Talent with our own HR policies as well as organising events and engaging 33ers. 

  • External HR: This role will also support HR projects for our clients

  • Operational HR: Tasks such as payroll, visa applications and expenses management

And you…

  • Proven success in talent acquisition, ideally for an SME . 

  • Holistic HR experience and expertise ideally for an SME where you have to solve new problems regularly.

  • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written

  • Be able to manage up and down and varied stakeholders

  • Able to display attributes such as curiosity, empathy, tenicitcity strategy, problem solving, high performance
