A fast-growing fintech startup specializing in business financing is looking for a Head of Sales in Singapore to steer the company's sales for newly launched payment and lending products in the e-commerce space.
- Leading the sales team across geographies in planning for lead generation and business development, as well as end-to-end sales and marketing processes
- Identifying and defining needs, articulating value proposition, and market positioning
- Setting in place measurable and clear sales processes as well as KPIs/goals for newly launched products in the region
- Meet sales objectives and revenue KPIs
- Consistently maintain a solid customer funnel that supports and exceeds revenue forecasts
- Managing and forecasting sales budgets
- Maintaining and forging relationships with business partners and relevant stakeholders
- Working with cross-functional teams to work towards business targets
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in sales and/or business development, and experience in the business loans, online payments and/or e-commerce space in recent years
- Track record in managing and leading ASEAN sales operations across multiple countries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive with a successful track record of working in team-based and fast-paced environments
- Independent and highly-motivated, results-driven
