Work closely with the MD of SEA and APAC and lead a successful team of <10 Account Managers in the region.
You will be primarily responsible for developing the existing account management team through coaching and mentoring and expanding the team by hiring additional members across growing markets.
You will play a key role in making sure the team achieves a high level of customer retention rate. You will also be responsible for reporting, forecasting, building, and implementing processes. You will need, from time to time, to optimize campaigns in order to maximize profits for clients.
You will work closely with the global team to develop strategic initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
The person we are looking for is a seasoned client service lead with at least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team and 6 years of experience in client servicing and account management in performance media environments.
- Prior experience in building and managing a team and experience working with B2B accounts
- Strong analytical and excel / GA skills, with an ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results;
- Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and real-time bidding
- Operational and process-oriented, organized with outstanding attention to detail
