This boutique agency has been winning awards and making waves. Known as a 'best place to work' and having been nimble enough to make it through 2023 with growth, they are looking to grow their leadership team with the hire of an MD.
Clients come from different vertical sectors, but all are seen as disrupting or innovating something new into the industry they are part of. This could mean FinTech, HealthTech, FoodTech or other types of cutting edge industries.
The Role
The MD will report to the CEO and Founder of the agency. With other senior leaders in place, there has traditionally been a great rapport amongst the leaders of this business and the MD will join a positive and mature leadership team.
The role will create business growth through business development and by helping the agency build more processes and efficiencies as they reach the next stage of their journey.
You will also provide senior level client counsel and support on the agency's larger clients.

- You'll have 12 years+ experience in PR and communications
- You'll be knowledgeable about tech, disruption, the start-up scene and how many legacy industries are changing with the introduction of web3 technologies, blockchain, AI and new ways of working
- You'll have a positive outlook on life, your work and the culture you bring to the office and help to lead
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
- A burning desire to build and lead a team of brilliant PR professionals based around the South East Asia region
- This role would suit a Senior AD who is looking to step into an agency leadership role, getting closer to the commercial side of running a PR agency and ensuring its success
