Our client specializes in providing Charging Point Solutions to Electric Vehicles. The position, General Manager is to support the director in business responsibilities and to be responsible for the overall success of the EV charging point installation.
To succeed in the role, the incumbent is a highly motivated, self-driven talent with entrepreneurial spirit and grit encompassing the “can do” attitude.
This role reports directly to Director and plays an important role in the growth of the company in Singapore market. You will work with well-established founders of the company with unparalleled knowledge and insight, giving you the excellent opportunity to stretch your skill set and be groomed into management role of the company.
  • The position will involve project management, staff training, engineering, IT requirements, provides the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively manages team members, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
  • Manage the delivery of projects for various clients across Singapore involving a variety of scopes: engineering, procurement, IT, installation, commissioning support, and software deployment coordination.
  • Displays good working knowledge of EV industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures department adheres to all regulations
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
  • Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that installation, maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
  • Manages and strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to set up new department as and when required
  • To undertake and perform other tasks assigned by Directors
    Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  • 6 - 8 years of senior strategic operating experience in a fast-growth environment
  • Comprehensive relevant industry knowledge
  • Possess strong work ethic, takes ownership, dynamic and proactive in all assignments
  • Able to work independently in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and ‘get it done’ mentality at all
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Class 3 driving license will have added advantage
