u Organise events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions, and virtual/ hybrid events from conception to completion across the Asia Pacific region.
u Participate in creative brainstorming and the development of event strategy including creative direction budget, logistic, production, technical and programming aspects of the events.
u Responsible for show calling and supervising and directing the technical team during events to execute the program seamlessly.
u Manage the audio, visual and lighting production process and coordinate across teams to ensure all technical requirements for events are executed as planned.
u Identify new and alternative ways of approaching technical production offering to clients by collecting feedback, identifying trends and implementing change.
u Experience in managing a wider team whether remotely or on-site at an event, with the ability to troubleshoot on live events and virtual events, broadcast/streaming technologies.
u Create, customise, and configure virtual event pages; and upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows.
u Possess excellent communication abilities with immaculate attention to details.
u At least 5 years of relevant event management experience.
