The Role...

Our client is looking for a savvy, data-driven digital native who has a proven track record of using strategic thinking to position, articulate and engage various segments of consumers on digital platforms.


You are a specialist who understands the dynamics of omni-channel ecosystems within brand storytelling, and someone who can lead their newly formed content hub. This is a newly created role that reports to the Managing Director and will have an active role in shaping how the content hub integrates in, and adds value to the wider business.
  • Manage and engage internal and client stakeholders effectively to bring out communications objectives.
  • Drive strategic innovation and best practices across multiple media platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social strategy, content and programmatic.
  • Build compelling, data-driven customer and agency plans to achieve intended goals.
  • Brainstorm with the team to bring comms campaigns to life (concept to execution).
  • Lead a team of content specialist, social media managers and CRM specialist.
  • Develop strategic viewpoint on content plan, and storytelling approaches for paid campaigns as well as always-on content for owned channels.
  • Build knowledge of business, technology, consumer and trends to inform the direction of the content and provide context for communication initiatives for clients.

  • At least 6-7 years of digital planning experience in a creative/media/digital agency, with demonstrable experience working on regional portfolios.
  • A firm understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the value of data-driven insights in developing content and connection points across various data sets.
  • Strong working and technical knowledge of media planning, with good understanding of digital landscape and how to deploy strategies across paid, owned and earned media.
  • Experience in SEO tools and marketing. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or other experience in website reports and dashboards will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in adbuy tools on social media and other programmatic tools.
  • A keen understating of how CRM and customer journey mapping feed into content strategy frameworks.
