The Role
In light of a secondment, we are currently seeking a seasoned Director to spearhead the healthcare practice across the region. This pivotal role entails overseeing client relationships, external agencies, and a regional team with the utmost professionalism and expertise.

The Director's role encompasses managing client projects, teams, and resources efficiently. They also drive strategic planning, pricing, and new business opportunities while demonstrating strong communication skills and mentoring capabilities. This position involves interfacing with all staff levels, serving as the primary client contact, and resolving client issues on smaller accounts, ultimately building and preserving valued business relationships for this strategic consultancy.

A university degree is required as the educational foundation.


Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
The experience should be in one of the following roles:
  • Consulting firm
  • Corporation
  • Diplomatic post
  • Media role
Skills and Expertise:
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Proven ability in client management.
  • A track record of successfully pursuing and developing new business opportunities.
