developing brand story telling across owned channels, including internal communication channels, as

This role will need to collaborate closely with the local teams in other countries to mine for
relevant group related news and stories, as well as work with our external partners to bring on board

• Craft effective communication strategies for each communication initiative we undertake, including priority Social Impact and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ED&I) moments and themes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Impact and Engagement, brand owners and innovation leads, to produce annual townhalls in each region, delivering the big news / ‘employer branding’ moments to grow each region’s sense of community and involvement.
• Lead for best practice, measurable employee communications approaches and be a pioneer of new methods and channels.
• Manage creative agencies to plan, execute and deliver new materials where needed.
• Work together with the Head of Impact and Engagement to plan, track the
communications budget, report on learnings and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with the marketing, sustainability teams and beyond; operate in a cross-functional manner to ensure the communications are integrated and managed across the business.
• Co-manage three communications and CSR Executives in three geographies (in due course
as we build the team).
