The Role
Work closely with the Managing Director based in Singapore and lead a team of 5+ Business Development rockstars across SEA.
You will be primarily responsible for developing the existing Sales team through coaching and mentoring and expanding the team by hiring additional members across growing markets.

We are looking for a seasoned VP of Sales with at least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team and 8 years of experience in driving revenue in the Digital Media, AdTech, Martech, or Technology space in SEA.
- Prior experience with new business development /sales
- A strong understanding of retargeting will be preferred but not required
- Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and real-time bidding
- Independently driven with a can-do attitude. A proven inspirational leader
- Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
