The Opportunity…  

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in education while leading a dynamic team? As a Centre Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of our education centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll inspire teachers, create a welcoming environment for families, and directly impact the learning experiences of our students.

The Role…  

Teacher Management
Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to empower educators.
Oversee lesson delivery, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Communications
Act as the primary liaison with parents, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Resource Planning
Manage scheduling for staff and classes to ensure optimal use of resources.

Experience Lesson Plans
Review, refine, and oversee the implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.

Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with parents, teachers, and external partners.

Hands-On Leadership
Step in to address urgent issues, whether operational, student-related, or logistical, ensuring a seamless resolution.



  
& You…  
We are looking for someone who embodies these qualities and skills:
  • Experience & Expertise:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a childcare centre, student care centre, or educational institution.
    • Diploma or higher in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • Strong ability to mentor teachers and foster a collaborative environment.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff.
  • Organizational Excellence:
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills to manage schedules, events, and operations.
    • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or educational management systems is a plus.
  • Emotional Intelligence:
    • Adept at conflict resolution and handling sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
    • A strong sense of empathy and cultural competence to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability & Resilience:
    • Thrives in a hands-on role and remains calm under pressure.
    • A problem-solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions efficiently.
