Award-Winning luxury tequila brand looking to continue expanding brand awareness across the APAC region. They are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Brand Coordinator to join the team, and be a leader in sharing their story. 

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Brand Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall branding strategy in order to grow brand awareness and the brand’s community.

The successful candidate will support the Brand Manager for a luxury tequila brand. We are seeking an individual with a passion for innovation and new branding techniques.

  • Support Brand Manager in management of product pricing, new product launches, point of sale merchandise, events and customer support, etc both in Singapore and APAC.
  • Support regional distribution partners to implement local and/or regional new product launches and marketing campaigns aligned with the brand and country goals and within A&P budgets
  • Set clear goals to increase brand awareness, channel growth, and direct traffic to the brand’s website
  • Continuously monitor brand performance, against KPIs set. Lead on monthly reporting, identifying themes that resonate with key audience and efficiency improvements. 
  • Plan and organise regional promotional presentations and calendar in-line with company strategy
  • Work closely with teams across the business to better understand the product, and help mainstream its message
  • Update and maintain Regional Brand Guidelines
  • Maintain promotional materials and inventory, coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Keep up to date with evolving marketing features and trends within the alcoholic spirits industry in order to maintain relevancy and market positioning against competitors.

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Marketing Associate or Brand Associate or similar role
  • A proven ability of executing successful brand and marketing strategies including growth tactics, customer retention, increased engagement and best in class content
  • Experience with project management for B2C campaigns and Brand awareness campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills, combined with the ability to easily adapt to the brand’s tone of voice
  • Highly organised with the skill set to work on multiple projects, strategies and channels at the same time
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
