About RISE
RISE stands for Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement, a unique 6-month programme designed to enhance employability by building high-demand business and digital skills. Created by the DigitalBCG Academy, RISE leverages BCG’s industry experts who are at the top of their fields. The programme is designed to supercharge employability for mid-career professionals looking to gain competency in relevant digital skills, through impactful learning and real work experience.
The student body is very diverse comprising of mid-career professionals from across industries and age groups.
Program Executive (Feedback & Compliance) – 6 months contract
Will be the primary point of contact for all the student feedbacks and compliance matters.

Program Executive (Feedback & Compliance) – 6 months contract
Will be the primary point of contact for all the student feedbacks and compliance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide counselling and mentoring support to the students on day-to-day issues
- Act as a counsellor to students – ensure that grievances are addressed, and actions are taken
- Proactively identify, and manage risks which could affect BCG’s image and reputation
- Escalate to Program Manager/ Director if issues cannot be solved
- Primary point of contact to all the compliance related enquiries from the students
- Timely response to student enquiries on Training Allowance
- Submit feedback to SSG on behalf of students
- Reply to feedback on feedback system for BCG related matters and route to respective TA
- Administer, compile and report satisfaction surveys from students
- Provide documents for audits and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & above
- Singaporean only
- Strong communication skills, people orientation (love talking to/coaching others)
- Experience counselling and coaching mid-career or senior professionals
- Deep knowledge and experience in government relations and external/public relations
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experiences in a customer-fronting role
- Prior experience in working with government organisations
