The Opportunity
We are looking for an associate creative director / creative director, to engage, inspire and guide the team and the clients whom we work with. A natural collaborator who loves to mentor and collaborate with others. Create innovative ideas and integrated creative solutions in close collaboration with your account, strategy and creative peers — often for real assignments and new business pitches, occasionally, proactively, to help grow our business, reputation and competency.

We need you to be a constant stream of innovation, story tell brand propositions with relevant consumer centric approach, design and guide spatial structural developments, develop consumer activities that excite others. You are responsible for presenting and selling the work to senior clients. You will lead and execute creative development and strategy, storytelling concepts, and establish the direction of the overall creative being developed for various projects. You carry a professional temperament and gravitas; are a passionate and magnetic presenter and a champion of people and agency initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Work
  • Manage the day to day responsibilities of accounts, multiple projects, clients, and budgets within deadlines
  • Provide direction in matters related to experience design, including total consumer experience but not limited to product and service design
  • Ability to synthesize experiential marketing and creative strategies with prestigious design execution
  • Provide best practices for creative design, development and delivery
  • Provide direction to the team on what each must complete within the time frame
  • Identify the conceptual direction and deliver creative concepts; Provide feedback and direction to visual and verbal execution
  • Oversee the creation of designs based on the brand(s), the brand guidelines, the target audience, and retailer channels where your ideas may live
  • Provide clear concise feedback to the team that is actionable; and follow-up with the team if there are any questions or concerns
  • Engage with multi-levels of clients to understand their needs, providing consultancy and direction to them to build the best experience or solution possible
  • Will take creative lead and write proposals while developing unique online & offline brand experience, creative ideas and innovative solutions to solve client marketing challenges and deliver measurable results.
  • Leading projects with the support of the creative and strategy team to ensure superior on-brand design and creative solutions that deliver the creative vision and brand messaging accurately.
  • Work closely with the operations and client servicing teams to ensure the delivery of extraordinary creative solutions that bring the experiential platform to life, drive client results, meet their budget requirements and meet production standards.
  • Generate ideas that excite clients and expand their perceptions to help them drive results.
  • Understand the clients' business objectives and how those objectives relate to the target audience, while staying in tune to business issues to generate relevant creative ideas.

  • Fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages creative risk-taking in order to deliver differentiated and winning proposals.
  • Mentor and coach the growth of individual team members
  • Determine promotions, assignments, evaluations, and incentives for creative team members

Requirements
  • Deeply immersed in commercial insights with deep marketing experiences. This hands-on leader is an integrated creative with agency and/or client-side and retail experiences.
  • A balance between conceptual strategic thinking and design execution and a keen eye for detail
  • Highly comfortable working in agile model and environment
  • Ability to produce original concepts from scratch and enhance ideas from clients and team mates
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express and articulate concepts and work in presentation decks.
  • Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills and make beautiful presentation decks
  • Ability to prioritize and organize large volumes of work
  • Experienced in experiential marketing to lead a team elevating the creative output
  • Encourages the open, honest and respectful exchange of information and viewpoints. Promotes inclusion at all levels and across disciplines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites
