Our Client
Our client is in the marketing and advertising space, with events management at its core of its offering. Since its inception the company has been working with blue chip technology brands to execute large scale events and conferences.
The Role
u Comprehensive knowledge of event management industry and possess experience in digital/virtual/hybrid events.
u Lead event team as a point of contact with clients to provide a consultative approach to event planning, ensuring clear objectives are identified, and interpret them to develop an integrated event strategy.
u Responsible for preparing proposals and pitches, and the development of the event strategy including the creative direction, budget, logistic, production, technical and programming aspects of the events.
u Organise events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions and virtual/ hybrid events from conception to completion across the Asia Pacific region.
u Work with the event director to develop an operational strategy to ensure high levels of production values, and adapt strategy with objectives continuously improving on SOPs where necessary.
u Experience in managing a wider team whether remotely or on-site at an event, with the ability to troubleshoot on live events and virtual events, broadcast/streaming technologies.
u Possess excellent communication abilities and leadership skills with immaculate attention to details.
u Complementary competencies and/or knowledge such as marketing, show calling, virtual event platform set-up are a plus.
u At least 8 years of relevant regional event management experience.
