Art Directors drive the design of our projects forward—they are in the trenches, but they also keep their eyes on the overall goal. And, of course, they have a passion for design—stunning, elegant, forward-thinking design. Reporting to
the Creative Director, they collaborate with client services, UX, strategy and creative teams to develop creative concepts and approaches, developing original design concepts as well as overseeing project design all the way
through execution. The Art Director should be ready to present work to executive level client stakeholders and present at all stages of engagement. He/she will need to provide direction and demonstrate leadership qualities when working on other project teams, scope design phases of projects accurately and efficiently, as well as attend pitches and industry events as required.

Requirements
● Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or
goals
● Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a
creative assignment
● Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives,
maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
● Present and share creative work coherently with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and
Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
● Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and
third-party vendors
● Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop
disruptive and bring innovative solutions to the table
● Participates in, and leads brainstorming sessions
● Craft stories and build brands through social content and campaign level thinking and execution.
● Demonstrate craft in design and able to develop social content (gifs/videos) and engagement for brands
