As a Senior AI Solutions Consultant, you will be a critical hire tasked with shaping the company's success in Singapore. You'll leverage your deep technical authority to lead strategic client engagements and complex use cases across the region. Your mission is to move beyond troubleshooting—you will forge deep, trusted relationships that enable precise technical discovery and drive massive value realization from our AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Discovery & Requirements Mastery:
 - Lead executive-level technical discovery sessions to meticulously uncover core business objectives, process constraints, and system integration requirements.
 - Translate client needs into clear, structured solution blueprints and technical specifications for the AI platform implementation.
 - Trusted Advisor & Relationship Builder:
 - Serve as the primary technical partner for strategic client stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation), ensuring sustained engagement, confidence, and trust throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
 - Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage all relevant technical and business users, securing the necessary buy-in for seamless implementation and adoption.
 - Identify patterns in customer challenges, propose feature enhancements, and act as the customer's voice.
 - Partner strategically with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure a unified and exceptional customer journey.
 
About you:
- A proven track record of 5+ years in a highly technical, customer-facing role such that required extensive requirements gathering and relationship management at the enterprise level, such as:
 - Senior Solutions Architect/Engineer or Technical Pre-Sales at a B2B SaaS company.
 - Senior Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager handling complex enterprise software deployments.
 - Management or technology consulting experience where detailed process optimization and systems analysis were core deliverables.
 - Exceptional ability to build rapport and quickly establish technical credibility with senior clients.
 - Deep understanding of APIs, data integration concepts, complex workflow logic, and technical infrastructure. Experience working with Generative AI concepts and LLMs is highly desirable.
 - Must have APAC experience understanding the unique business, regulatory, or technical landscape.
