The Role...
As an Account Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Client Director based in Singapore. You will be expected to manage and grow a roster of agency accounts. You will work closely with the Ops/ Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers and the Sales team to identify ways to grow current accounts. 

Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
  • Be the subject matter expert on the use and best practices on the platform as well as best practices for campaign management.
  • Learn and deliver outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to the platform.
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to the platform
  • Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials, and customer-facing guides.

The ideal candidate is experienced in Account Management in a client-facing role in Ad Tech / Agency / Brand / Publisher environments with strong communications skills. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university
  • 3-5 years of online advertising experience required; 2 years of client-facing experience.
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending the best strategies
  • Effective time management skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
