The Role
- Lead client engagements, serving as day-to-day account lead for key accounts
- Provide effective strategic counsel to clients while sustaining and growing client relationships
- Manage and track budgets ensuring programs are delivered on budget and within client’s expectations
- Oversee execution of integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels that includes digital and social media communications
- Establish strong collaboration and communication across account teams
- Lead preparation and delivery of organic growth or new business proposal content & in-person pitch meeting
- Oversee team utilization, financial & resource management issue
- Contribute to agency strategic planning initiatives
- Manage, build, and grow relationships with key, senior level stakeholders (media, analysts, key opinion leaders etc)
- 4 - 7 years of experience in public relations & communications, with corporate and healthcare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local and/or regional media landscape, with existing network of media contacts
- 1 - 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of high-energy consultants
- Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proactive and positive attitude
