Unnamed

Together with Google, Economic Development Board (EDB), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Skills Ignition SG is a training programme created for Singapore Citizens and PRs that will equip 3,000 trainees with the skills they need to be job-ready in Digital Marketing or Cloud Technology, through vocational and on-the-job training.

33 Talent are delighted to have been selected as the HR partner for the Skills Ignition SG Programme.

We will work closely with the host companies to help them find the perfect Trainee for the on-the-job training programme that they offer.

Additionally, as the employer of candidates participating in the programme, we are responsible for the employment of the trainees, managing all their HR needs and coaching them through the 9 month programme, and beyond in their careers.

Kathryn Woof, Managing Director says, “We could not be more excited to partner with Google, the EDB, IMDA and SSG on such an important programme for Singapore’s tech ecosystem. Not only is this very encouraging for Singaporeans during a difficult job climate, but the goals of Skills Ignition SG align closely to our company mission to empower people to thrive. We are looking forward to guiding the selected participants through the programme and beyond.”
